Paprika software is a traditional client/server solution built around an Oracle or SQL Server database. Paprika works across IT platforms (PCs and Macs), and implementation and training are delivered according to the roles and responsibilities of your organisation. Ongoing help desk support is geared towards your users needs.
The product is written using a robust proprietary tool, and we have access to a dedicated team of experienced developers who have been using the application for many years. Paprika is constantly evolving, and we have versions that can be delivered via the web and accessible modules for mobile devices.
Development, training and support for Paprika is UK based, with regional offices in the US, Australia, Spain and Italy, with an active User Group. Our post-sales service is full scalable and we offer four packages of technical and helpdesk support according to need. We work with you to get the correct level of implementation at the outset to avoid unnecessary support costs.
Some of our clients use our hosted model, and this is delivered through a Citrix server environment. The browser version offers excellent functionality and this environment suits a number of our clients that support overseas operations.
Many of our first demonstrations to prospects take place remotely, and in this way potential customers can view the product in real time across a VPN. We support a Customer Wiki to release product information and share fixes with a wider audience.
