Agency Software Worldwide (Paprika) is a United Kingdom based software house, developer and owner of Paprika Software with offices in Madrid, Milan, New York and Sydney who are suppliers of industry leading Job Costing and accounting software for the creative industries (Advertising agencies, PR, Marketing, Design Studio…). We are planning the release of a French version of our ERP so are seeking a consultant to manage the software localization project. The project will go from analyzing the current UK version of the software, providing technical specifications to our development team of the changes required to make the software compliant with the French accounting and tax regulations, and monitoring the process until release. Part of the localization project is also managing the interface translation process.
The ideal candidate profile would be as follows: Very good level of English and French, with strong knowledge of the French accounting and tax regulations. Knowledge of UK, US or Spanish accounting and tax regulation, and experience in working in the financial department of an advertising agency is a real plus.

Agency Software Worldwide (Paprika) est une entreprise basée en Angleterre (bureau a Londres, Madrid, Milan, New York et Sydney), responsable du developpement et de la commercialisation du software “Paprika”. Paprika est le software leader dans la gestion de projet et de comptabilité pour les agences du secteur de la communication (Agence de publicité, Marketing, Relation Publique, Design….). Nous prévoyons la sortie de la version française du software dans les prochains mois , et pour cette raison nous recherchons un consultant pour gérer ce projet de d'adaptation du logiciel. Ce projet commencera par l’analyse de la version Anglaise du software, suivie de l’élaboration des specifications techniques à fournir à notre équipe de développement qui détailleront les changements à effectuer pour que le logiciel soit compatible avec les normes comptables et fiscales Françaises, et finalement gérer le process jusqu’à la sortie de la version finale. Le projet comprend par la même occasion, la traduction de l’interface du logiciel.
Le profil du candidat idéal: Excellent niveau écrit et parler de l’Anglais et du Français, excellente connaissance des normes comptables et fiscales Françaises. Connaissance des normes Anglaises, Americaines ou Espagnoles, ainsi qu'une expérience professionnelle dans le departement comptable ou financier d’une agence de publicité est un grand avantage.
