Developments with Paprika- online tools

For Paprika users that are on the move or have offices across a number of sites, or who prefer to use web-browser technology, then the i2 browser version of Paprika is an ideal solution.
Paprika Class 2 users using Timesheets, Job Costing and Purchasing can perform these functions from any available web browser in any location.
The speed of the product over the internet is very good, with no discernable drop in performance.
Paprika Timesheet module from the iStore
Our recently launched Timesheet module (right)
is receiving great interest
from Paprika users, and it is available to download as a free app from the Apple
iStore. This gives Paprika users the ability to record their time while
they are out and about on client business, or for colleagues who are
office-based and want to use their IPhones rather than their desktop PC or Mac.
The screen view shows a monthly calendar, with working days colour coded. All the usual functions of the Timesheet module are included, so users can set up their client time, record their activity and call up any favourites they have set up. Moving between functions is very simple- just a stroke of the finger to set up tasks, or browse between client projects.
The app is driven through a web browser that links to live data, so users need to be running the i2 version of Paprika and have access to a company web server. If this is a new field for Paprika users we can advise how to select a solution that fits with the business model.
For those Paprika users who are contemplating the impact of remote access to core systems, these products will make a significant difference to business efficiency. They increase the accessibility of Paprika, using the latest smart devices that in turn leads to improved client management.
